7:15 AM Welcome 
  1. Welcome - Call Meeting to Order: 7:15am
  2. 4 Way Test  from Mona- Of the things we think, say or do: Is it the truth, Is it fair to all concerned, will it build goodwill and better friendships, Is it beneficial to all, will Nick.
  3. Thank this week’s greeter – Josh and Turner. Next week’s greeter for May 15 is mona.
  4. Welcome GUESTS:  Deb Clark from New Chapter.   Stan Nowakowski from noon rotary.

  2. Service Above Self - Who saw or read about a Rotarian or, Rotarian to be, in action this week? Tell us about it. Lots of people doing Earth Day cleanup.

  1. Olivia: Brattleboro HS, Works at Bradley House, Blueberry house. LNA course this summer.
  2. Stan: Loves our gardens so non club are working on town gardens at Memorial Park and the ones at the library. Noon club Golf Tournament in remembrance of Phil Steckler. Paul Harris awards given by clubs. Toni asked for a list of who has received a PH award.
  3. Change-over, Wed June 12 at Marina @ 5:00pm.  No morning meeting.
  4. Trivia May 15th
  5. History Tour, May 18th@ 11:00. Go to web site to sign up.
  6. Visitor Center fund raiser, June 22nd.

  3. Brags – pass the bucket :
    1. Mona, thanks Nick for clean-up day.  May 4th also wedding of her daughter. Start Wars theme.
    2. Katia:” Just got back from Europe. N Germany visit to family. Great weather. Thanks Staci and Turner for filling in.
    3. Nick: Won cards last week, $45. Gave a $20 brag.  Did cliff diving, “Blue-hole” and swimming adventures in Jamaica. Scuba diving event was a little claustrophobic with water inhaled.
    4. Stan: Granddaughter soccer. Other daughter was Dorthey in Wizard of Oz. Looking at Provence in France for a  family vacation . 
    5. Kevin: Wife had broken a bone (humerus) at work, went to hospital with Kevin. In sling for 2.5 weeks. Just wants to be able to pick up the grandbaby.
    6. Turner: Going to Boston to see granddaughter play double Bass play at Longy School of Music.  Also going to RI.

Login-in: User Name and password (if you remember) 
Look at the upper Blue file list. Select file. 
Club Documents: Minutes, corp docs, By-Laws, Letterhead,  etc. 
Communication: Emails (club, others), Statistics, (who opens, who does not). 
Submitting notes:  Under Bulletin Story Library.  Create a new story. Copy and paste minutes. “Save and Publish” one bulletin. Do NOT “CREATE” a new bulletin. Just copy and paste.
         
 
8:25am Wrap up Speaker- Rotary Mug and Rotary Magazine (ask club members to bring old copies of Rotary Magazine)
