30 for 30: Celebrating 30 years of Service with 30 Acts of Kindness
This year marks a milestone for the Brattleboro Sunrise Rotary Club: 30 years of service, connection, and community impact. To celebrate three decades of putting “Service Above Self,” we’re launching a new initiative: 30 for 30.
What is 30 for 30?
It’s our way of giving back – 30 good deeds to honor 30 incredible years. From supporting local nonprofits to hands-on volunteer projects, we’re committing to 30 acts of kindness throughout the year. Some big, some small, but all designed to make our community stronger, more connected and more helpful.
We plan to update this page regularly as we complete each act, sharing photos, stories and the faces behind the impact. It’s a tribute to where we’ve been and a statement about where we’re going – together.
Completed Acts of Kindness:
- Garden Clean Up at First Church of Christ, Scientist, Brattleboro, VT
- Refugee Resettlement Support- Provided driving lessons and swim lessons for the children and teenagers at World Learning/SIT
