- This week's Guests: Nancy and Tim from Window Dressers – they have currently made 1,219 window inserts for 177 households. They will be measuring the dining room windows here at
Ramuntos today. Windows to be made are measured during the summer months. September 16th will be the last available day for measurements. Anyone wanting to
get on the list can do so through the website this winter and will have their windows measured next summer starting in July. Nancy is looking to retire so she’s
searching for a new coordinator to replace her for next year.

- Trivia Night Grand Opening Success Update - Record attendance: 97 players on 17 tables. Raised $1,200
for the BMH Auxiliary. - Garden – Bulb Planting Party Sunday 9/28 – 10am, Big Garden (*Note: This conflicts with DISC GOLF DEMO LED BY VP NICK DUBOIS)

- International update: Tristam talked with George Weir of the Noon club and he’s looking to join with our club on a project designed for the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Currently the two men are discussing ideas.
- Boys and Girls Cub Bike Ride on October 4th. Looking for volunteers. See your emailed agenda for links to the sing-up genius and for more details on the event.

- Announcements
- Katja’s Last Meeting!! She raffled off some of her possessions that she no longer wants and donated the money to the club. She left us with her prize pig – Rosie the Rotary Pig. She also presented Nick with a flag from the rotary club she hopes to join in Ireland.
- President's Leave of Absence: Vice President Nick will preside over meetings during her absence.
- Meeting Coverage: 10/15/25 meeting will be led by Kevin.
- Katja's Move: 9/23/25. We sent her off with a standing ovation, warm hugs and even some tears! Best wishes Katja. We will miss you!!
- Brags & Fines
- Toni – cleaned out the 3 on 3 bucket and found a ton of old pictures, brochures and other memorabilia from 3 on 3. She also found a tri-fold poster with 30 years of assorted past club events that we can archive and then reuse the tri-fold if necessary. She and Peter are selling their house and will be moving to Keene sometime after the end of the current Rotary year next June.
- Jon – For his wife who was awarded the Brattleboro Area Chamber “Person of the Year” last week.
- Melissa – for the new Trivia team. For herself having won at trivia night and her progress with Clubrunner with a lot of help from Toni.
- Kevin - for his wife who has been dealing with an injury that has prevented her from going on the tour of London, Scotland, Wales and Paris. She was able to rebook the exact same trip for next April and is currently undergoing treatment that hopefully will get her healthy by next spring so she can go.
- Tristam - He and Wendy drove from Newfane to Atlanta IN ONE NIGHT!!! ) recommended taking at least 2 nights) with items for their daughter, wh0 is still employed by the CDC. She moved from an apartment into a house. They also went looking for sea turtles on Jekyll Island. For their son Blake who teaches at Hatch Space. Tristam got introduced to a router table. Complimented his abilities as a teacher! He came away from the experience WITHOUT wounds too!!
- Ben – for he and Melissa being on the winning Trivia team. As he said, “we are so smart!” He also laid down the gauntlet for anyone that thinks they can dethrone them. Last week he held auditions for his FIRST directorial at NEYT. It’s a holiday show, “Little Women” On November 1st, there will be a “Broadway to Brattleboro” benefit concert featuring Broadway singers at the Latchis Theater.
- Justin fined Jon and Josh for having their pictures in the Reformer article about the Chamber’s annual awards night.

- Bowl of Life: Justin guessed correctly on the first try and Jon was identified as the member who once stayed up all hiding in the corner of a dark room with a machete to catch a thief. If you missed it, asking him to tell you the story.
- Card Drawing: Ben won the card drawing with the 5 Diamonds.
