Bar 580 - was really fun - thank you to Toni for organizing and Nick and John for buying drinks
Trivia - Sandy reported it went well/ great food - Families First was the recipient. $673.00 ( I think)
Londa thanked John and Justin for helping with questions and welcomes any feedback for future Trivia events
Holiday Party - December 4th , 6:00 pm at the Legion - $20.00. The Secrest Swap will happen - Recycled gifts only that have to be wrapped.
Members that would like to bring a toy/gift for the kids at Winston Prouty were encouraged to sign up. The children’s gifts do not have to be wrapped but
Please label them. MJ will happily wrap if you would rather not and she will be responsible for collecting them at the Holiday Party and delivering them.

Tristam- Taking a walk with Wendy and cleaned up some garbage and a brag for moving a baby grand piano upstairs
Josh - Had a beautiful trip to Costa Rica along with KJ - Enjoyed surfing . Discussed connecting to a Rotary and delivering first aid supplies .
Mona - Had a nice weekend with family ( especially her two granddaughters) And Sunday with “the girls”
Toni - Busy time with the move to Keene but she can now walk to work. Kyle has finished Common Core and will be home for a couple of weeks in Dec.
Dan - Trivia Night was great!
Evelyn - Stuffed 70 Christmas stockings for Caleb’s Cherubs
Nick - Caroline is competing on the Platinum level and finished in 2nd place overall. Jack played on a premiere team in Manchester and had 2 goals and 2 assists
Deborah - Toni has very stylish boots and Deborah finally discovered the funny smell in her house was mold and after removing sheetrock the mold is gone!!
SERVICE ABOVE SELF:
Nick - Buying supplies for the office and was in line behind a large grocery order that he offered to pay for as the women did not have enough money . ( and we do not think you have “sucker
written all over your face” and “dumb ass” does not apply. ) As he saw the women loading the $200.00 worth of groceries into their broken -down van he realized it was all worth it!!
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Tristam - Nutrition program is happening. Breakfast bags will be distributed. Donations from Hannaford’s and yogurt will be coming. Both Rotary Clubs will be
sharing the expense- $ 325.00 from each club
30 FOR 30:
MJ explained about the five families at the Winston Prouty campus that have just moved into the house there. She shared the list of the kids’ Christmas
wishes and passed around the sign up sheet. There are five families and a total of nine kids. The gifts we purchase will be brought to our holiday party.
ASSEMBLY:
Nick: Fund Raising - Dinner Raffle - A signup Genius will be out before the end of the year. Several members are already getting dinner certificates
John : International - Our scholarship recipient from Honduras has sent a letter. The women from Guatemala will be keeping us updated .
Toni : Social - Next three social events will be 1/16 , 2/20 and 3/20 . Events in April, May and June might be at individual ’s homes. Each event will involve a service component like bringing something to be donated ie. Can of food, or something for the Humane Society etc.
Mona : Service - Doing the kids gifts now. Maybe investigate if we can work at Harris Hill Ski Jump . Offering rides on New Year’s Eve.
