• Jim just returned from a road trip to the MI where he did a great tour of Detroit and spend time on Lake Michigan
• John bragged about his nephew who was married in Hawaii and is opening on Broadway in the fall. He also bragged for the pilots who flew him back from Hawaii avoiding the hurricane.
• Tucker bragged for Josh who offered to help with his show in whatever way he could and for Ben’s fiancé Shannon who has been giving a lot of support.
• Kevin bragged for his sone Eric who recently ran a half marathon
• Tristam has been married 38 years
• Tristan has been married 30 years
• Diane and Roger continued their tour of Major League Baseball parks going to Citi Field in NY
• Toni bragged for Mona’s veggies and for Kevin who was a founding member of Sunrise Rotary 31 years ago
Club Assembly
• Membership and Governance Sandy is developing new ideas to increase membership, including outreach to students for career days, the Chamber of Commerce, the BDCC, and Retreat Farm
• Fundraising Several new ideas were generated for fundraising The club discussed several potential revenue streams to support increasing expenses including a "duck race" or "ski ball" event tied to Ski Jump Weekend. There was a discussion about the process for setting club fundraising goals that was discussed.
• International Work Tristan and the international group are focusing on moving toward a program-oriented approach with long-term impact and local control. They are also seeking dedicated fundraising to support an increased provisional budget for international projects.
